Need to see an improvement from the saints performance against a team we know we can beat. Want us to lay down a marker and get some momentum for this competition.

last time we played a great game that wasnt the sevco match was the 3-1 win over them in the ucl qualifiers, if only we could play like that every week.

i'll take any kind of win now, 1-0 will do as long as we win.

 

Rosenborg will be playing Ronny's Vålerenga here in Oslo on Sunday, late kick off. Will be interesting to see how RBK fare as both teams have won their last three matches.

There's been a media storm around Bendtner after he knocked out a taxi driver in København last week. Taxi driver ended up with a broken jaw and both parties blaming each other for being the aggressor.

Wouldn't surprise me if we came out flying and won this comfortably but we need to find a better attitude for the league.

So often commentators will say 'Celtic never needed to get out of first gear' but that's just * lazy tbh. We are not good enough to win consistently in first gear even in the SPL. Too many of these half-arsed performances with players just going through the motions until the next euro or hun game.

 

100% effort for every game is a non-negotiable.

A few in that dressing room need a rocket fired up them.

Complacent performances against *-poor opposition, make clichéd statements of intent to the press like "we will get stronger", raise our game in a bigger tie then back to another complacent performance.

Rinse and repeat for the last 14 months.

Players will be confident of getting a win. We're the better team.

 

Tbh I'm more thinking of us getting our * together in the league as we're going to make it a close run thing whether we like it or not.

 

Couldn’t give a flying * about this game or any of the games in Europe now.

I would play a second string side keep our main first team players for the league.

We are playing * awful at the min and would rest some players.

Don’t want the Europa league to get in the way of winning the league this season.

 

I wonder if the summer signing "new lights to enhance the European experience" will be in the starting 11 ?

Might not even watch it. Might sleep instead - I’m an hour ahead so a 9pm ko....

I don’t expect us to play well because we’re severely weakened as an attacking force. I also expect half full paradise.

We were the better team than Suduva, Hearts, AEK Athens & St Mirren.

If we turn up we'll win comfortably, if we don't it could be another stinker to add to the list this season.

We're that inconsistent it's impossible to be completely confident.
