He is a very good player and I hope we get him. He would be ready for the first team imo. He is the kind of Israeli player, I hoped we can get. Very good and highly rated. I always wished we could go for Maor Melikson, the attacking mid. now playing in France. Always rated him highly, as well.

What is it with John Park. Has he not got a passport for countries other than Israel? BDS.

Man City wanted to loan him first with a view to buying him but had work permit problems with him . He would be a fantastic buy if we could get him .

We have signed two defenders and are being linked with more. We are also being linked with strikers but, as of the moment, they don't want to come. That is not necessarily the fault of the manager or the board, especially as they have already raised the quality of our signing targets to meet the ambitions of the fans (Finnbogasson, Arnautovic, etc).

Regarding Nit Biton, would you rather we pass up on possibly exciting targets in other positions just because we have failed to sign a striker and defender...yet? Or would you prefer us to focus on them so you can moan later on that we did not replace Victor, even though it sounds likely the Pukki signing is wrapped up?

By all accounts this Biton is a beast of a player and must have something to have been trialled by Man City, Spurs, etc.

Watched that vid and must say there was a lot in there to like, two footed, control, composure, range of passing and tackling were all impressive. I really like the idea of signing this kid.

The guy looks tidy albeit a youtube video which is edited to make you amazing. You can tell he is a wanyama replacement seems not to panic and make a bit of space for himself which vic done great.
PS watch the video again and look at his team mate after he scores his goal @ 1 min 30 :smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002:

I just knew the anti-Israeli, Zionist bile wasn't too far away. I just don't get it. He is a FOOTBALLER, first and foremost. He does not make Government policy or command and control an Army. I would be very happy to improve our team.( I still think an attacking mid. would be great as well.) I would welcome any player to our club, I don't care about his faith or nationality. If he joins, I would welcome him. I wish people would remember that they are footballers, not leaders of nations.

Sorry mate, but how can you guarantee that? Do you know for a fact that he has the marking ability, reading of the game, and that mix of aggression and self-control that you need to play CB? Height is an overestimated criterion for evaluating defenders.

    What bile? :97:

I too wondered the same as Armagh-Bhoy when I first saw this - I would not want anyone at the club who supports the suppression of Palestine and it's people.

Same as I wouldn't want a flute-taoting Loyalist * covered in Billy King and "KIT" tattoos.

Hi EyalW. Greeting from Ireland. Please don't be put off by some people and their anti-Israeli views. I hope we have more fans in Israel and I for one wish we would sign good players. Nationality and faith should be forgotten about, footballers are what we need.

The vast majority of Israeli's do national service. Makes no difference to me. HE IS A FOOTBALLER!! I will welcome him, if he comes and signs for us.
