Game was never in doubt despite us not being at our best , they never looked like scoring against benkovic and boyata rarely troubled and we were always in control of the match and the more threatening , Sinclair could have put us on an easy end to the game but best team won .

7th out of a possible 7 domestic trophies since Rodgers arrival.

Stein didn't do it, MoN didn't do it, Strachan didn't do it.

We are living in unprecedented times.

In spite of the table, I still think Aberdeen are the second best side in the country and I still see them as the closest thing we have to rivals. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if they came back to get second again this year. I was quite impressed with them again today. That's 2 or 3 times they've made us really have to fight in a big game since Rodgers arrived, no other team has managed that (sure, there are a fair few teams that have taken the opportunity to beat us on days where we've been honking, but that's not the same thing).

With Newco we've never really had to break a sweat IMO.

cant disagree mate, apart from benkovic thought he was a 9

If the way we are playing just now and the scum, okay they are a point ahead

Class always shows, granted we should be further ahead, ‘‘tis time in15/16 Aberdeen were 5 points clear of us, they * are riding their luck in every game like hearts did early doors

Over a season our class will show and by the way we will get even classic players

Not a classic by any means , but the achievement of taking the silverware back to Celtic Park is what really matters ! Well done to all at Celtic involved today . This could be another treble winning season , oh please let it be so !

a wins a win in these games. On a side note, they are a set of trampy sheep * wanks. I cant believe having witnessed a lad take a smoke bomb to the head at the end of the game (albeit it was flung back**) that a sheep has posted on twitter we flung A RED smoke at them!!

anyway i hope the c**t Mcinnes is enjoying his night. Sad fruit coloured basterd

**i would have flung it back if it hit me :fear:

They've always been sore losers. They wanted to get into the mind games even before the game and on the pitch.
There's a 19 year old plays for Aberdeen who wouldn't have been getting pelters at the end for no reason.
Before the game it was, "Brown doesn't like me." After the game he's got no class.
Scott Brown reacts like that after he's been fouled badly a few times.
So now it's a guilt trip. Broony and Lustig just went over and gave him pelters because they've no class.

That is an absolute disgrace. At the time that 19 year old had been protected from a first yellow, meaning he might not have been on the pitch to receive such dressing down.

We've had very little protection from refs and their are always things said out there. Like "I'm gonna break your legs,"
obviously nothing was said and there were no wind ups coming from a nineteen year old kid, who if he can dish it out has to take it at the final whistle and instead wants to start a rammy.

Both he and a few others brought the game into disrepute, including their manager who wants to go and confront Lustig.

I wouldn't get too bothered about it, that 19 year old was trying to get folks injured. That's always the reason Brown and Lustig get tore in. Are we supposed to believe this 19 year old kid isn't already a grown man. If not why's he out their playing.

He's out their playing because he can handle it. He was at the mind games all the time lol. It's part of football.

McInnes probably just needed a smoke to calm himself down.

Aye, saw the wee * greetin' about Broony and Lustig showing no class to a "19 year old kid", mentioned his age a couple of times, then asked if he spoke to Ferguson after the game, "no I didn't need to he's mature enough"

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Away back up the road ya manky trampy sheep-raping tadgers!
