Does look nice in Java green :)

Not really a big fan of the M4 personally.

    M3/M5 over M4 any day.

19" low profiles on my Xdrive makes you feel every bump ,last thing you want,is to hit a pot hole which is not hard to do on these roads

I have hit a few and felt like the whole suspension being ripped out and the noise in the car was unreal
Went to BMW and found nothing wrong ,not great as this motor is just shy of 40k out the box
Does take a while to to get use to it

I wouldn't touch the RS at all. So many people have had to get their engine replaced and it doesn't sound as if Ford have any idea how to solve the issue. They are also slow for 350bhp.

The Civic is supposed to be a great car to drive. The looks are a bit much for most people.

I had an A45 before and enjoyed it. I probably wouldn't buy another.

The RS3 is very fast on the straights. Like most Audis it just left me feeling cold. They are a bit dull and safe to drive.

Thinking about leasing one of those Skoda Superbs, looks to be kitted out better than the Octavia.

20k miles a year so it’s slim pickings in terms of leasing.

Bimmers are * in the snow and I mean really *, last time we had any serious snow my 320d E90 couldn’t get out of a Premier Inn car park late at night due to the RWD, was only a few hours later when someone came with salt that I got out of it, same story with every other BMW I’ve owned, particularly E36

There was also a guy in the same car park also stuck and he was in an X4, that puzzled me until he said it wasn’t 4WD, why would anyone want something like that If it wasn’t 4WD I wondered.

I've been looking at buying one second hand for a good while.
They have the full range of options & the boot opening on the saloon is a work of art never seen another like it. Inside the car is cavernous. I Want the 170 auto 4x4 which aren't easy to come by. I honestly think they are a well kept secret.

Cracking car thread... that one of those cars that has two cars welded together in the middle?

You are cruising down the the M6 when it gets a bit a bit chilly and you look in the rear view mirror and realise your weans are half a mile back down the road in the back half of the car?

Didn’t even know they done a 4x4 version.

Think they kind of get overshadowed by the popularity of the Octavia with the VRS etc

The standard kit as I said is pretty impressive, maybe get down to my local Skoda during the week to have a closer look at one as I’ve only ever seen them driving past.

They do look the part though.

All versions of the X4 is 4 wheel drive so that driver is a dafty maybe he thinks like the old days and requires an extra stick to put into 4 wheel drive like a Land Rover lol

4 wheel drive or 2 wheel rear drive in deep snow will get you the same outcome a set of Winter tyres on any of these vehicles makes a huge difference

I've already made that mistake with my Xdrive

Have a go in the V6 3.6 for a treat if they have one in.
