Chance for Bayern and Leipzig to go 10 points clear of BVB now.

Dortmund are so unconvincing this season. Miles off the top now.

What happened to Dortmund? They looked very good last season. Back to their dynamic best almost.

What's the secret of Leipzig's success? They seem to have come from nowhere.

High player turnover in the summer and injuries to key players.

Solid investment in youth with a coherent approach. Good sporting director + manager combo in Ragnick and Hasenhuttl.

Thanks. Poor Dortmund, their best players are always being targetted. Even worse luck that the ones they keep are injured. It's amazing they survive at all.

Sounds like Leipzig have a very good management structure and philosophy in place. Goes to show that it can make a difference, when they are competing with Bayern for the title so far. I mean it'll be surprising if they can last the distance but it's still great to see someone giving them a go with a much lesser budget.

No doubt Leipzig's best players will be at Bayern or somewhere else next season. So I hope their youth and scouting system is good enough to cope with it.

Sevilla seem to be quite good at replenishing.

    Gives us hope.

    Full time:

    Gladbach 1-2 Wolfsburg
    Dortmund 1-1 Augsburg
    HSV 2-1 Schalke
    Eintracht 3-0 Mainz

Big win for Ha es Vow as they temporarily move out of the automatic relegation spot and into the playoff place, Ingolstadt have the chance to overtake them again tomorrow.
