    Rodgers confirms Monday negotiations for new Celtic Signing after Cup Win

    I ask people to celebrate success, I want them to enjoy it, but I think sometimes when you are the leader you tend to look for the next experience.

    And very quickly, for some reason, that’s my next thought, you know.

    So I know that after the game on Sunday, I’ll be flying out to speak to a player on Monday, so there won’t be any big celebration whatever it is, or not, whatever way it is.

    We have to get to work the next day.

    10 is the main aim ,its doubtful we can keep sustaining and winning trebles up to then but you never know in football, and the longer this goes on the rest will be * themselves.

    Reflecting on yesterday just now and thinking what was said earlier with the split in the dressing room. Ok it came from fat boy but I think people geniunely lapped it up outwith our support

    Yesterday I seen fight and determination in our squad its been like that for a while now. We had a small blip earlier on not performing but the feel good factor is back with a bang and players fighting for a place in starting to get the give a of rodgers first season.

    We are one match away from European football after Christmas and a trophy in the bag not even half way through a season while we will go top very soon if not this week. Success has been here over the last 3 season's under rodgers but the feel for it is back with a bang and with style

    People think because we have the best players , richest club and biggest budget we should just automatically be winning everything but football doesn't work like that , and many teams have had massive budgets and failed spectacularly in the past. It takes a great manager to do what were doing and maintain the levels of consistency.

    Don't forget we actually weakened our squad in the summer from last , out went Roberts,Armstrong selling our star striker Dembele to give some other team a chance who signed 15 players.

    Doubt we'll have another weak transfer window especially if its close.
