Gordon’s consistent in being ropey that’s about it. Fraser Forster was breaking clean sheet records right, left and centre when he was here.

Gordon’s a level or 2 below both of them imo. Forster just pips the Holy Goalie to 1st for me. Much more balanced through his time here.

I've went for boruc. Even at his worst he was still a very good keeper, and at his best he was world class.

Forster was fantastic for a couple of seasons as well but was very average for his first two.

Forster wasn't the best when he came here, but he grafted hard with Stevie Woods to improve his game and became a solid keeper. I think Gordon was probably the player with the most appearances last season and got us through 2 qualifying campaigns for the UCL, Rodgers rates him giving him that contract to 2020 and blocking the Chelsea move.

Loved Boruc when he was here but he will probably be on a decent wage at Bournemouth if we wanted to go for him if reports about Gordon are as bad as they are saying.

If it was possible we should be bringing Forster back. I’d leave Boruc where he is.

Older qaulity keeper with great expereince who will do a fantastic job for 3 seasons or a young keeper whos potential is huge but will be * for w seasons before 2 more and sold off. Thats what were talking. Id take the safe bet older qaulity keeper from spurs if possible.

Never mind they three.....what about Dimitri Kharine....???

    But seriously,
I'd say considering all of them to be at their peak goalkeeping powers. Fraser Forster takes the accolade. They are all top quality and I absolutely loved Artur Boruc. But Fraser Forster is the best of the three

Don’t even think Gordon’s name should be in the same breath as those two.

Gordon has been decent, not the worst.

They all have very strong strengths... they also all have very weak weaknesses.

I'd be happy with any of them at the top of their game!

Foster edges it over Boruc for me.

But his kicking would mean if I had to pick a keeper at his peak to play in Brendan's team it would be Boruc.

He's probs had as many * ups as Artur, it's hugely overstated.
If we are talking clean sheets, and 'goalkeeping stats', then Gordon and FF have almost identical stats, based on what I can see.

    Gordon - 199 games - 160 conceded - 99 clean sheets.

    Forster - 197 games - 157 conceded - 101 clean sheets.

    Boruc - 191 games - 171 conceded - 76 clean sheets.

Craig Gordon his vastly underrated as a Celtic keeper, in my opinion. As far as free transfers go, especially with the risks he came with, he has been a great signing.

I'd leave Forster as well. Since coming back from his injury he's been pish and his kicking was always a weakness of his game. He wouldn't suit our style of play at all.

Forster was an exceptional shot stopper, but his kicking was probably worse than Gordon's, and for a guy who was 6'6 his command of his area was abysmal.

Boruc is THE best goalkeeper that we have ever had as far as I'm concerned. At his peak, he could have played for any team in the world and was a world class shot stopper. Was fantastic at saving penalties, and was indeed a mad character - which sometimes you need in a goalie. At the tail end of his Celtic career he was shocking though.

Aye his kicking was always shocking. I’d like Vorm in but might be too high in wages, though everyone loves the Brendan Factor, right?
