Looking for a book recommendation for going on holiday with the Mrs, troops.

I’m no much of a reader to be honest, but I want to start getting into books. Find myself just drifting when I try to read, so need something that’s quite gripping & will grab me by the bollox.

Might be good to let people know whats kind of films & TV shows you like other than the Sopranos. This could help with recommendations that will grip you. You ever tried an audio book, really good for holiday.

That's me finished the series now and at a loss. The second book by Lagercrantz and a much stronger effort compared to The Girl in the Spiders Web.

Week off work and went to the book shop today. Got myself Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (has all 5 parts) and The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4. Have read that book about 4 times already but also want my daughter to read it as well. Funny as * and still holds up to this day.

Anyone any tips on how to download football autobiographies for * all?

They're costing me a fortune. I fancy Kieron Dyer's and Jermaine Pennant's and that will be another 20 quid.

Pep Confidential by Marti Perarnau, halfway through absolutely brilliant read so far. Gives a real insight into Pep, his tactics, his way of coaching and in general his first season at Bayern Munich.
