    But I'm talking about this era, no 20 year ago.

    Kendrick would have adjusted to that era if he was about then, he's a street guy from Compton, his da was a street guy he knows the life. Just because he raps about complex stuff and isn't all guns and thug life doesn't mean he's not a great Rapper.

    Someone post a song that from one of these current rappers than can compare to the old stuff.

    No mentions of Cypress Hill in this thread either, used to love listening to them.
