    Not his biggest fan but Armstrong is a shout. Cost about 100k and played a key part to win us the first treble in a decade, plus it was unbeaten. Fair to say he repaid the fee.

    The main noticable thing about them is apart from Hendry and Armstrong arguably Hayes none of them are really athletic, they're all wee/weak/slow/skinny kinda true what Strachan was talking about Scotland not producing good athletes.

    Anyway id say Mugrew, Armstrong, Stokes and McDonald probably all as good as each other.
