Doyle is not a free agent.

 

Still don't think Doyle would be as bad here as people are making out. The only concern i'd have if Hooper left and only Doyle was brought in we'd have two players in Balde and Doyle that seem less goalscorer and more hard work and hold up play kinda strikers, leaving us a massive hole to fill. Would be happy with Doyle and a poacher type player.

 

Doyle would do fine up here.

I'd rather a guy on his game though and a bit younger.

 

Any idea how much he'd set us back. If he's Lenny's number one target could see him spending 4 mill on him, seeing as we've already got a centre back for 3.

 

I think Doyle would prove marginally better than Murphy. An expensive striker who doesn't score many goals. As such, Lennon comments about the guy we are looking at being a scorer like Hooper either give me great confidence it's nae Doyle, or great levels of anger at despair at the prospect of another forward being signed who has as much of a killer instinct in front of goal as Darren * Mackie did.

That's the guy. Yeah I knew he'd been pretty * for them but he wasn't a bad goalscorer if I remember rightly prior to his move. Sometimes players just don't settle in places or get the chance they need.

Maybe ties in with the article a wee bit.

 

It could be mate, only papers have said it could be doyle or rudnevs. Diawara would prob make most sense financially but not sure if Sevilla would sell another striker after selling Negredo

I'm from Latvia, and the situation in Latvian football is critical, we haved a coach who bring Latvia to EURO 2004, but in last few years Latvia played only in defence... two weeks ago, the coach was changed. We got nothing better.
Last game vs Bosnia Rudnevs, was on the bench... the only player for Latvia who plays in strong league was on the bench, how it's impossible???
And why he scored one goal on 28 games? Because Latvia have only one good midfielder, who play's in CSKA... Latvian midfielders can't pass the ball, Rudy is a player who can't made a scoring chance by himself, only if he have a good passer like in Hamburg it was Van Der Vaart. And that's why he scored 12 goals in his Bundesliga debut season.
