few menus are looking higgilty piggilty for me if that makes sense

Some are fine, like helpdesk, but others, like the main menu and pub aren't. Screenshots below

I'm still having issues with random threads appearing different.

Try a different skin bud.

 

I've changed to your Graphite one looks affy pornhub-ish but will give it a go

 

Graphite is the way forward bud, been on it all of last season too.
