yeah has been mate, but has normally had a euro game after it not before it, if a team plays on a Thursday now the game must be the sunday and if the team plays on a Tuesday the preceding game must be a Saturday.

am wrong most of time, I remember it as my great uncle took a heart attack when Henrik scored against Boavista on the Thursday and unfortunately he died there and then so we all watched the match at his house on the sunday.

THE SPFL has today announced some fixture amendments, with two of Celtic's Premiership games subject to change.

Brendan Rodgers' side travel to Tynecastle on Saturday, August 11 for a game against Hearts, which now kicks off at 12.30pm.

And the first Glasgow derby of the 2018/19 campaign between Celtic and Rangers will now take place at Celtic Park on Sunday, September 2, with a 12noon kick-off.

CELTIC’S home Premiership fixture against Hamilton Accies has been re-scheduled for Sunday, August 26 (KO: 3pm). The fixture amendment was confirmed by the SPFL and is due to Celtic’s Europa League play-off.

The first leg of that play-off, which will be an away tie for the Hoops, takes place on Thursday, August 23. The return leg at Celtic Park will be on Thursday, August 30. Further details on both play-off ties to follow.

Celtic will face the winners of the third qualifying round tie between Spartaks Jurmala of Latvia and FK Suduva of Lithuania. The second leg of that tie takes place this Thursday night, with Suduva holding a 1-0 lead.
