    Ha, no way. Went to HMV to buy their 2nd album today but they didnt have it, can get it off amazon for 3 quid. It is a pity they split up

    I ordered it off amazon, £4.50 inc delivery. Just checked out play.com and they have one available @ £42.52 !! What is that all about.

    Their 1st album Hurricane #1 is brilliant, only heard a couple tracks off of Only The Strongest Will Survive but have heard that it is good.

    An electronic act called Efdemin. He makes some lovely minimal techno.

    Also a lot of DFA records stuff. I did a single on DFA this year :50:

    Seriously just listened to that full track there, * loved it. Reminds me of U.N.K.L.E a bit only it sticks to what it's good at, rather than trying to do too much. Reminds of a track we done a few year ago with my old band :50:

    Just reading through the thread and there's a lot pointing out "The Fleet Foxes". I was lucky enough to get to see them this year in Glasgow and they were great. Brilliant singers. I would say that their songs could have been a bit stronger but they are on their debut album and I'll look out for an improvement on their 2nd album.

    The Fallin Angels are the only real great thing which I stumbled onto this year. Great 60s music.
