ive just found out and i am very surprised to learn that since 1890 celtic have only won 13 league cups


im shocked at that actually

 

interesting since it was only made in 1947

 

aye a knew that but hey its the mickey mouse cup the won when rangers win it they say great cup but when we win it its a banger it should be renamed to the reserve cup

 

rangers have won it 25 times i think

and the first time celtic won it was 1957 when they beat rangers in the final 7-1

I think we should play a mix of Youth players and first team players in the league cup, Caddis, Ferry, Millar, O'Dea, Mizuno, Doumbe, Hutchison...etc could all benefit with more first team games

 

We couldnt do that because if we get beat then its the end of the world and the doubters will bay for WGS blood once more. Remember when we got put out the cup last season against Hearts?

dont think i'd loose any sleep over only winning the diddy cup a few times, would like to see that competition used to give youngsters first team experience

I wasnt aware we had only won it that many times. To be honeset I dont really care about it. If we win it its an added bonus. I think we should do an Arsenal when it comes to this tournament and play the young ones with a couple of first team regulars. Would be great experience for them
