Still think we'll win the league?

It seems harder to lose it now than win it.

They'd need to win every single game and we'd have to lose another game on top and slip up in another. That's 4 out of 10 games.

There's always the chance but it's very very slim.

As said can you even see them winning their last 10 out of 10? That's more or less what is required.

 

Of course it's not over yet. Their game in hand alone must be worth at least 9 points the way they keep going on about it.

 

Including European games?

I'd predicted 15 points at the start of the season. Started wondering if we'd be inside double figures by Christmas. Pretty confident my initial thoughts will prove correct now

 

Still cant believe the QAUDTREBLE is still on let alone 9 in a row * mental.

 

I still have to check we won 3 trebles in a row. Doesn’t get spoken about enough tbh.

They look as if they'll drop more points than us..

Still maintain LC final was huge mentally. Even when they beat us in Dec they would have given anything to be on our position. Silverware in the bag and top of the league, even if we had played a game more.

 

I had to remind myself after we were beat at home that I'd rather be ahead in the league and have won the League Cup, than lose the Cup final and have the potential to go top in the league with the game in hand.

They had to win the game at Celtic Park. Fair * they did. They've proved over the course though that they're considerably weaker than us. There's no evidence that supports the contrary.

I think the problem at Parkhead was we played nervously and well within ourselves. We stuck to the sides of the pitch and went long, scared to come through the middle incase we lost it.

If we go into this game with a 9 point gap I don’t see any reason to play like that. We should play bravely and we’ll win fairly comfortably.

 

I don't think that was the one. Winning against us is what done them. They thought they had done the hard work there and were going to motor past us. Gerrards celebrations at the end are an insight into that. They believed in the hype, thought they were better than they were and better than us and would pull away as we rolled over.

Talk of something happening in Dubai. No one should give them that much credit, that's what the hun hoardes are clinging on to. Simple answer is, they just aren't as good as us and when we put the pedal to the metal they, with a few injuries and delusions of their own abilities simply couldn't handle it.

 

5 of those 10 at home! Where we have lost 2 out last 80 and 1 of them was a dead rubber!
