Aye i agree, this season when it's not going our way his changes, whether it be formation or personal, have been brilliant, but when we're winning 3-4 nil i'd really like to see us make more use of guys like Kilimala, Soro, Shved etc

Fair play to changing it up, he deserves credit for his tactics this season but he still persists with his favourites at times.
As said above when we go 3-4 up id like to see more fringe players brought in.

Only thing that worries me is whether he is keeping the squad as fresh as possible - feel he either leaves it too late to make subs when we are cruising or keeps Edouard and Brown on when it’s not worth the risk.

Seen that as well mate, outstanding.

I’ve been a big critic of Lennon’s in-game management and tactics but today he got it spot on. I said to my mate that it’s in these kind of games where you see how good a manager really is and today he stepped up.

One thing I love about managers like Lennon and Strachan is they don't listen to the fans who insist on changing winning players and teams. Players such as Scott Brown and James Forrest who have been sublime in the last 3/4 seasons. This has been an amazing season. Great manager!

Tbf mate agree with most of that and love Lennon- loved wee straks aswell but they persist on players sometimes when maybe they should be listening to some advice- everyone and their dug knew that Lewis Morgan was not Celtic class but Lennon persisted with him and playing him as a lone striker nearly cost us the league cup
And personally think persisting with Hayes as a LWB is holding us back at times

Strachan could be the same both great Celtic manager s apart from that tbf

Those are good points. A bit unlucky to have 3 strikers unavailable however. Got the 4 now of course!

Hayes was pretty poor yesterday but there have been many games I've been glad to have him as an option though! He could have persisted with Boli having splashed the cash on him but rightly opting to play Taylor and Hayes ahead of him recently.

All the more impressive when you consider he insists on continually fielding weakened teams with player like Jonny Hayes that are not Celtic class.

Lennon didn’t persist with Morgan, he sold him in the first window after 6 months in charge.

But he did persist with him till that point, neglecting Sinclair in favour of him was criminal.
Morgan played more games in the first half of this season than he deserved.

With each of these stats and records that we keep seeing it drives home the tremendous job that he's doing.

85%(ish) win rate since returning, 3 trophies, first Scottish club to win a European Group stage, undefeated when taking the lead.

I can't think of single manager who would have bettered his record since he came in.

Before some jump on that and say that I'm implying he's the best, I'm not but he understands the club, the expectations, the nuances of this league and he's delivering on all fronts.

    Love the man.

He was and still is the best option.

He’s proving that week by week. People who would jump on that are people who are still just aore be ause they were wrong.

Could you foresee any other person doing what he has for us as a club? I love the guy because he would not bend or break to the establishment in this country. I have to say he is my hero.

I should have worded that better.

I meant in terms of saying Lennon is a better manager than say for example the rat, Marco Rose or Benitez. He likely won't manage at the levels of those 3 but I don't think any of them would have done the job Lennon has and for that I agree completely that he's the best option.
