Frimpong not getting a run out today makes me feel he wont start midweek. Taylor if he is not fit, I worry between either Boli or Hayes, but to be honest Boli may be the better option as surely he will look to play the 352. Jozo I would assume will also take his place back if fit. Otherwise it will be very much what we saw today, perhaps with Christie starting ahead of Ntcham -though this is the sort of game Ntcham will thrive in.

    Forster
    Ajer, Jozo, Julien
    Forrest ................................. Boli
    Brown, Mcgregor
    Ntcham
    Edouard, Griffiths

Seen they lost this weekend. Also lost their last 2 games in thr Atlantic cup. Do they play a strong team in the cup or is it just reserves.

Fancy us to go there and get at least a score draw tbh, would be a great result but no reason we can't go and win both ties if we play with composure and confidence.

    Forster
    Frimpong Ajer Jullien Hayes
    Brown
    McGregor Christie
    Forrest Edouard Elyounoussi

Im so confident ill predict 3-1 away respectfully. If we're on our game we can route them. They don't stand a chance. I'd even consider playing elyanoussi where Taylor should play. They've had one competitive game and an injury crisis. We have nothing to fear. 3 years the treble treble serial winners have been going for it in Europe we can stand up and really tell them that we've arrived on the European stage once again. Knockout style. We must beat them. Now is our time lets show them what we are made of.

Really looking forward to this one. Well within our capabilities to come away with a win. Main thing is to stay in the tie for the home leg. Don't want us having to chase it at home. We don't need to go out all guns blazing. I'd gladly take a narrow win or even a score draw.
First time we'll have played with VAR so hopefully nothing goes against us or we end up waiting ages for a decision.

Tbh I don't like being confident going into european games because I always end up being left to sit there like a fud when we do * lol

We have all the means to win this home and away.

But the Celtic way is never the easy way :giggle1:

I wouldn't feel one bit comfortable * Bolingoli into this game and fully expect us to revert back to 4231 as it has worked a charm in Europe.

    Forster
    Frimpong Ajer Jullien Hayes
    Brown McGregor
    Forrest Ntcham Christie
    Edouard

I think we'll go with that. This is a possibility also I'd imagine. Can't see Lenny going with Mo or Christie as a LWB over Hayes. Interesting to see the team sheet for sure.

    Forster
    Ajer Bitton Jullien
    Forrest Brown Ntcham McGregor Hayes
    Griffiths Edouard

Would take a draw but feel we could beat them, even more so now with their injury issues.

An injured Jozo over an Ajer on top of the world after scoring a winner? Not for me.

    Ajer is in my team.

If Jozo is injured then Bitton.

I wouldnt even say they are the strongest opponents we will have faced in europe this season. Lazio was definitely more of a scalp and even the draw in France against Rennes was probably more of surprise result.

We play to our best they won't get near us

    1-3 Celtic

    My bad, easy mistake :84:

Yeah I quite like that back 4 idea but I'd have no qualms throwing Jeremie in.

They only managed 2 wins in the group stages, so based on Europa form we should batter them.

If he’d been playing in the run up to it I would have no qualms either tbh.

Just can’t see us throwing a guy who’s just back from injury into his European debut, especially away from home.

Rushed back a few players this season and it’s backfired as well so would rather ease him back in.

Should definitely be Bolingoli, big chance for him to reestablish himself..

    He's done well in Europe..

When Elhamed is fit Frimpong could be an option on the left.

Has to be Boli for me..

If it's Boli then it has to be Mo as well..

Both link up well. Boli hugs the touchline and Mo takes up spaces inside. Also Mo grafts back like *..
