Changed the formation at 1-1 and it played a big part in the winner.

    Well done Lenny :50:

    Unreal run we’re on.

Many managers are accused of having no 'Plan B' if things arent going well. Neil Lennon cant be accused of that, and it was proved today. Brilliant manager.

I was saying at HT we should go to 4-2-3-1 as a part of the problem was that Forrest and Hayes were too deep and we couldn't really get up the park. The switch never made a massive difference though to be fair but at least he done it lol

I would have brought on Elyounoussi for Ntcham though not Rogic but still scored and won.

He has always been really flexible tactically, in his first spell with us when we had Wanyama I mind there was a period of months where we rarely ever played the same formation from one game to the next, we'd play 3-6-1, 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-2-3-1 from game to game and guys would be shifted around position all the time.

One of the better things about him. Was nothing worse than Strachan and Deila playing the same way every single game. For Rodgers it worked a long time as we were that good but even his last season results started to slide.

Didn't really want him back, wanted better. Still think we should have better... but fair *.

Changed the game there, shifting to a back 4. Huge win.

Like how he's refusing to comment on the league title just yet. * ask him every interview now 'that the league done, Neil ?'

Excellent game management. Had the balls to acknowledge it wasn't working and changed the formation. We're on an incredible run of form right now. 9 is in touching distance. I'm delighted for him.

For me 3-5-2 is perfect but the bench is unreal and it allows you to change to a 4-2-3-1 if you want

3-5-2 is perfect for the teams that completely sit in, and i think when Elhamed is fit it'll be good against Rangers, but against teams like Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts away etc i'd like to see us go back to 4-2-3-1.

NL: I’m thrilled. It’s a massive win in treacherous, difficult conditions to play football. All credit goes to the players. They dug out a massive result for us."

NL: "You can’t always play quick, slick football and they had to grind it out today

NL: "It shows the character, resilience and that they’re a team. There’s good solidarity within them and they keep going

NL on the fans: "I appreciate the fans making a long trek in horrible conditions. I appreciate everything they bring us and they were magnificent today. Even when the game could have gone either way they were still making a lot of noise

His in game decision making has markedly improved, changed the shape which helped get us the winner and what should of been a 3rd, same against Hamilton making the right changes.

He's also really focused as well, even if we have a poor game or lose he'll keep the head and praise the players then do it all in house, doing a brilliant job.

    Aye I'd agree with that.

It's something i would have criticised him on in the past but he seems to be maturing tactically. Which is only a good thing.

His in game decision making when we’re up against it has never been a weakness for me. It’s when it’s going our ay and needs a wee tweak or we’re cruising that frustrates me.
