Agree! Shocking how * can spread about people these days even if some dirty rotten * made it up. I See it all the time where people are given there opinions about ridiculous stories about people, yet the daft * where never there. They give you the facial expressions, the tones in voices yet the * eejits weren't even there! Its one of the reasons why my circle is small nowadays. To many fake * out there nowadays who love nothing better than talking * all the time about other people!
As for this girl whos committed suicide , ive never heard of her untill today after seeing it plastered all over the internet, but going by what ive read, social media and the media have destroyed her! Everyone out looking there own dopamine hit by spreading * about her. Every last one of them * have a part to play in destroying her mind which made her do this! Shocking!!

 

Can someone point me towards what the deal is with her? Never heard of her, keep seeing people talk about the press going for her but seen others saying she was a domestic abuser or something?

 

The problem with social media is that it has allowed those who shouldn't have an opinion now have an opinion.

Back in the day if some of the fannys dared come out with their slavering ramblings in the pub or other normal gatherings they would have got a slap and sent up the road.

 

Ffs didn't see that coming. Sad news.

Got to agree Gary on social media and even sometimes on this forum I have seen things and thought you said that in the old jungle or in a Celtic minded pub about a tic player you would have got a screw tap over yer napper and sent up the road!

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, they just shouldn't be given a platform to announce it to the world, which this effectively gives them.

In fairness, its normally all pretty much like minded in here with the occasional tantrum, but I had to bail out of Facebook and Twitter many years ago as it made me a tad cranky

My daughter text me saying that rag the sun has now removed all its negative articles about her. They really are the lowest form of gutter ‘press’ there is.

Imagine it was someone you loved who felt the way she did.

 

Poor lassie was * tormented and hung out to dry by the gutter press. Hate seeing people with life ahead of them feeling like there is nothing left. We've become a nasty society, keen to see people fail and then cry crocodile tears when something horrible happens to that same person. Hope these * can sleep at night.
