Unlikely but you just wonder if there's any chance of giving him huge money for 18 months to keep him untill the end of next season and ensuring we still get top dollar for him.

You wouldn't begrudge him his move in the summer but we can dream.

 

Would be hopeful of more. Genuinely think whilst they're different he's got more than the moose and Lyon are going at least double/possibly treble their outlay if they punt him in summer. So, for me, this ahh but he's only doing it there is losing ground all the time.

 

I think our hand was forced with Dembele on the last day of the window but other than that Lawwell generally gets us good money for outgoing players, or at the very least a fair fee + a good sell-on percentage.

I hope he drives a hard bargain with Eddie. He could easily go into most teams and do the business.

The composure under pressure on eddy is going to take him to the very top, the speed of our league and he finds time to change his mind, hed ripping the premiership a brand new *, hopefully he ends up at Barca even now hed not be out of place. Still with is till 10 though eddy eh

 

In terms of raw talent Eddy probably just shades it from Naka and lubo was better than both. Ed is still young though.

Thing with these guys, I think, was Naka was obviously highly talented but he struck me a someone who worked to develop the skills he had, practicing and training hard. With lubo and Eddy it's just like a second nature to them, like walking and breathing.

Every footballer works hard in developing their skills, some more than others of course but Naka was without a doubt a natural talent. You don't get a touch like that without it

 

We should do everything we possibly can to keep him happy and playing for us as long as possible.He's irreplaceable man.

He'll get a big move,no question,but another season here would be good for him - especially if we do well in Europe.

Henrik must have been the last striker to hit those kinda numbers. He was similar in that he was the ultimate team striker

 

Playing with Griff just allows him to use drop deep and create space for others and create & score. He's brilliant as a lone striker but playing with a partner up top like Griff he's * class. It's amazing how quickly Griff & Eddy formed the partnership, they always know where each other and where to go, how often do they dummy ball for each other and open up defences, must be frightening to play against.

The only thing he really needs to add to his game now is running in behind and in the channels now for when he plays as a lone striker, apart from that he has everything in his game.
