We should be strengthening regardless of whether we think we’re going to win the league or not.

Johnston is out for the foreseeable and Elyounoussi is still injured.

Forrest has no backup as we don’t play Shved.

We’re relying on Jozo, Bitton and Elhamed to get and stay fit so that we have some depth at the back.

Totally agree we do gyp but sometimes the players that you’re looking for just aren’t there in January sales

Seriously though ignoring the fact we signed 2 young unknowns from unknown clubs ,a central midfielder???because that's where we really needed an extra body??* and no harm to zurawski (and i hope I'm wrong)but I'll be astonished if klimala is the new lewandowski.

Mate, way to sensible a post. We're gubbed mate, only two signings who are apparently pish and we've blown 9 in a row. It's all Lawwell and Lennons fault. Get them out.

 

Do you know what really bugs me right, it’s the fact that the club is trying to advance in Europe beyond the usual group stages and knockouts yet we don’t seem to be cementing a brick wall team that can at least make it further in Europe, I was at the Valencia Home game last year and that was the time when I had HOPE for us I mean yes Valencia are a world class team but we ARE GLASGOW CELTIC for the love of all things holy! We’ve conquered the best in Europe and my genuine opinion right now is yes we’ll win the league this year because in all honestly the huns aren’t up here with us yet but, we haven’t built a squad fully worthy of European competition or well not compared to the 2003 eufa cup final squad anyway.

We desperately need a CB though, yes I agree there are players to come back into other positions. When you look at the options for CB they all aren’t reliable enough injury wise apart from Jullien.
