    2 Beef link sausages (grilled)
    2 pork sausages (grilled)
    1 Black Pudding slice (grilled)
2 rashers of bacon (fried fat crisp or trimmed)
    1 Square sausage (grilled)
    Tomato (grilled)
    Mushrooms (fried)
    1 Hash brown (grilled)
1 Potato waffle or fried potato slices from a par boiled potato
1 Potato scone (warmed in grill then very quickly fried)
2 fried eggs (fried in bacon oil - If any yolks burst when cracking scramble this egg in addition to 2 fried)
    2 slices of toast
    Brown sauce
    (Optional 1 haggis slice)

    Mug of strong tea
    Glass of fresh orange

That needs followed by a shower as you will feel a greasy mess despite grilling most of it.
