Expected a big bounce back from the winter break and not really got it.

We need a big signing to brighten the place up and give everyone a lift.

We're seriously lacking in physicality and height from middle to front and I think that's hurting us as we're forced to be so one dimensional.

I dunno, just not enjoyed watching us for a while now as it seems to be the exact same style and performance every week.

It's not about playmakers. Yes, we'd be far better off with a Christie or a Rogic, but Brown and Ntcham's passing has been * and there's no explaining how badly we're panicking under the slightest bit of pressure in defence.

Tbh Broony is causing a lot of probs for us, I'd rather see CM fall back and use his passing in a lot of games, maybe use MJ in a 10.

Midfield has no movement at all, CM can do it but seems to drop back and never far away from Brown.

Exactly, if we can keep it tight at the back and not concede in the 2nd half then I think we have a reasonable chance of winning this game.

Firstly the Killie boot boys are out again, quite happy to give free kicks away to break up the play. They are quite happy to sit in and rely on set pieces. We are huffing and puffing our way through this at times , passing is too slow allowing them to get into their defensive setup quickly. We are making it easy for them to defend with only 1 wide player each side, they put 2 players on Frimpong or Hayes and it forces us to go back or into the middle were it is congested. The only time we played it quick is when we scored, it allowed Frimpong to get beyond the full back and cross it in to Eddy.
I don't think this system is working for some players, Cal Mac is getting caught ball watching at times when he is meant to be helping Hayes defend, Nchamp doesn't know if he should go up or stay back and even Broony giving the ball away too often. Need to up it second half as we will need the second goal. COYBIG

Pitch is embarrassing, ref is embarrassing.
Brown and Ntcham been quite but we are 1 up and pretty much in control although they are dangerous on the breaks.
Quick goal after the break should be enough to see us through.

Quite frustrating Going Into the break only 1up. Good play by wee Jerry bombing down the wing and Edouard's composure speaks for itself. Hopefully put the game to bed early as it seems quite a while since we’ve Actually took the majority of our chances and finished a few goals up.

Ntcham not having much effect, Hayes is getting in good positions but final ball is way off, plenty options on the bench.

    We really are missing Christie.

Middle of the park is the issue for me, slow, and poor use of the ball and zero dig. as soon as they give away the ball Killie punt it in behind cause milk turns faster than out CBs.

Griff looks crest fallen and the head goes down when a move doesn't come off in this game. Needs to stay positive and lively. FFS he is playing with one of the best young strikers in Europe at the moment. He must know there will be other chances if he keeps plugging away.

He isn’t the only one, defence has been slack and then Brown & Ntcham slowing the play down too much.
