    That episode with the wee calf would have made the weans day. you'll have to get yourself a wee camera to record all your sightings on your travels Scotia.

    My wee camera has been a life saver. Stops me from sitting in and dwelling on things. It's more relaxing being out and about in the fresh air :50: Things are still ongoing as is the way with things after someone dies but it's easier to deal with when you can take wee periods out relaxing.

    I saw the usual Pied Wagtail yesterday , in the normal area I see it in . Today I saw a White Throated Dipper . It was doing the dipping movement these birds are noted for , on a rock in a burn . The most noteworthy sighting though was seeing 2 Ladybirds . Given the fact that I was in Angus , and it's January , makes the sighting very early in the year . Strange really , but maybe a sign of global warming .

    Thank you, Johnie. I've been very lucky this week. Things have just fallen into my lap, as it were. I did miss a thrush and a starling in the garden today though.
