Working in retail has made me despise people who leave litter lying around.

They'll leave litter (and worse) in the trolleys, empty coffee cups on shelves - like today I had to pick a banana skin out of the baskets at our door lol.Even when you catch them in the act you can't really say anything...really frustrating.

The majority of our customers are actually perfectly civil and courteous but often it's the bad one's you remember more.

For anyone who knows me, knows this is why I could never work in a place like this dealing with the public. Even dealing with clients in my line of business I take no *. It's one part of it I hate because I come across as a * when I blow a gasket when they try to * about.

It's the Money system has created greed and that has changed the mindset of the masses.

Worst is when you stand holding a door open for someone and they saunter by without a thanks or any acknowledgement at all.

I've started loudly and sarcastically saying, "You're welcome"..and often get a wee glance back with an expression 'is he talking to me?'....aye, you....ya *.

One of the main reasons I moved to rural Ireland, everyone is so courteous and friendly.

There is definitely more self centered, ignorant cheeky * out there.

The one that annoys me is holding a door for somebody and they don't thank you when they walk past.

Ever worked in a shop? Annoys the life out of me, you say "that will be £1 please"

So they purposefully avoid your * hand like your diseased to put the £1,£2 even a note on the counter, even if said counters covered in * for sale. I return the change identical way and they look shocked when the moneys not handed into the held out hand. Rude *.

Aye, worse if you've ever worked on a bar. People launch their change onto a bit where someones spilled their drink and make you pick up their coins that are now covered in Midori.
