It was me. In the last 4 or so games Christie has played, his set pieces have been really good- marked improvement over tons of games where they indeed were horrible. A team should always have more than 1 solid set piece taker, though.

 

Has to be the next one in. A very skillful player with good balance, pace and an eye for a pass.

If you watch his highlight reel, he's a tenacious wee ball carrier but with signing Klimala....just look how many ball's he breaks the defensive line with..

He'd be brilliant for him..

Have to get both of those in now..

 

I think both players would take the team in general to another level instead of having to rely on the same tired faces all the time.

ISMAILA SORO’S move to Celtic has been agreed, his club’s new manager Elisha Levy has revealed.

The 21-year-old Ivory Coast midfielder played what is expected to be his last game for his club, Bnei Yehuda, on Sunday in a 2-1 home defeat to Hapoel Tel Aviv, which saw the fans protest about owner’s Barak Obramov plans to sell Soro and his handling of the club.


The Hoops are closing in on the £2 million rated talent.

And former Israel manager Levy – who was only appointed last week – admits he’s resigned to Soro moving to Glasgow.


He said: “Ismailia Soro’s transfer deal to Celtic has been closed in principle and he is expected to leave in the near future.

“When I took this job I knew he was going, so this isn’t a surprise to me.


It just means we will have to look for reinforcements in his position.

“Of course it will be difficult because Soro is an excellent player.

He was very committed against Hapoel and professional. He was clearly be a big loss to the team.

“And it will be up to me to find a good replacement for him.”

Soro, who has previously played for clubs in Moldova and Belarus, still has 18 months left of his contract.

But he looks certain to become Celtic’s second transfer window arrival after the signing of Polish striker Patryk Klimala.

We're definitely no done yet either. Aye Cohen, a centre half and a different type striker on loan and we're done for the window. I'd be delighted with that..

Really want Soro.

I wasn't too fussed about Cohen initially but after reading about him he would bring a lot of things we need. Set piece delivery, pace, strength, goals, assists. I just wonder if there is a genuine link here or if the media are just exploiting the link we have with Dudu Duhan and linking us to any in-form players from the Israeli league.
