Pistol Pete needs to grow a pair and tell the SFA to justify this decision and show some consistency and ask how do we appeal this stupid decision.

Any Celtic supporter who still buys tickets for Scotland games after this needs to have a look at themselves.

    Rotten to the * core.

He died in a hotel bed. He never looked a well man.

That statement by the club is just toothless.

Kind of what they've done with their statement. Could have been worded stronger but I don't know what else they can do tbh.

Part of me is starting to feel the same with Celtic.

Whether it's the club in general, the management, players, deadco cheating and the SFA continuing to protect them or worst of all our fans, they just take what is thrown at us.

The dignified silence has long been frustrating.

The problem is, we've allowed the board to divide us to conquer us and it's worked or is certainly working.

You only have to look at the reaction the Green Brigade get for next to * all when the board come out and attack them.

They've successfully divided us and turned us against each other on almost every issue and that's what you get when you let a * Tory or Tories in.

I'm not saying people wouldn't have differing opinions, of course they would, it's just wild how entrenched so many people are in either camp, whether it be The GB v The Board or Res 12 Guys v The Board or the fans v UEFA, the media etc.

It's sad and the people running the club are doing it intentionally to ensure they keep earning their millions and yet we keep paying in.

Anyone expecting a strong stance by our board hasn't been paying attention the last few years.

They scoffed at the excellent work that the Resolution 12-ers did, evidencing our club being cheated by both Rangers and the SFA and asked them to provide a "smoking gun", then once it came along by way of testimony under oath in a court case...they still didn't pursue it with any genuine effort.

Christie's appeal will be turned down and we'll express our disappointment behind the scenes and quickly move on.

Appeal ? Wasn’t today’s hearing ‘the appeal’? As opposed to just taking the initial ruling?

    or can this be appealed?

They bossed our team on the pitch and now we are being bossed off the pitch.

Annoying as *,seems to me the only people feeling the pain are the fans, seen somewhere the club have said something about the decision but it seems it will fall on deaf ears.

Aye, sorry I thought this was the initial hearing. That'll be the last we hear of it now.

It's sank in to all of us, other than the ones that have the power to do anything.

Fire out a depressingly predictable statement then move on. Next time they're in SFA company they'll be sharing bottles of wine and having a good ol' knees up.

Ban Celtic’s most effective player this season.

Operation stop the 10 is in full swing and we knew this was coming the closer it got.

Never ever thought that we would let them get away with this , the ref saw it knew it was a foul nothing else

Plus dont understand why/how they extended it by 1 match as he got sent off months ago?????

As shocking as it is, it's important that we don't let this type of thing distract us from the main job in hand, and that is winning the League, if anything it should act as an added incentive.

It’s an organisation that has always favoured their needs. They escape bans, charges and get looked over for bringing the game into disrepute. A joke organisation that couldn’t organise a jumble sale. Giving them all sorts of graces to return to top flight and European football and not to mention due diligence on three proposed saviours of the huns and all turned out as criminals. Totally embarrassed the whole fair play concept when they allowed Diouf off with acting like a maniac during a highly contentious game. Bougherra got away with man handling the ref for his red card and then Sally’s behaviour on the sideline. Wee fine and let right off and they laughed at them on the way out.

I'm pretty sure our board will be raging with this decision as much as the fans. Problem is there's not much more they can do other than point out the obvious inconsistencies which they've done.

This started at the first game of last season when morelos got sent off at Pittodrie for kicking a player, which he did. Rangers appealed and morelos got cleared. No doubt Gerrard had a huge influence on that but that incident was worse than Christies.
