Lennon saying 'Hes Happy' suggests to me that it was in fact a relapse... Scored a brace the other night for the development team so hopefully hes raring to go again!

 

Or he is happy because he is no longer injured and will be in the squad for the weekend

 

Thats defo an option! Im still going with a relapse.

 

Or maybe he’s been putting in extra work in at the gym.

A relapse of what? That would indicate he has addiction problems (bevy, drugs, gambling). You don’t relapse when your struggling with depression.

 

We all know what you're implying and I think you're bang out of order.

 

It will be good to see Griffiths back involved with the first team again. He could be a big player for us in the second half of the season. Spoken to a couple of Celtic fans lately who think we should just sell him, which seems crazy to me.

 

Be good to have a different option and help Eddy..

Hopefully the time for him to come back really firing now..

 

Might need him tomorrow when that mob park the bus, hopefully we get a few early goals though and can bring him on with the game won.

 

I have struggled with Depression for years and on the way to where I am now, I have a relapse which saw me off work for months. When you finally reach out and get the help you need and you feel yourself getting better, then it hits you hard again, you start thinking that you are not going to get better as you have had all this help and your rock bottom again.... I understand the term relapse doesnt quite fit to depression and I brought that up, The way we deal and see mental ilness's changes daily as we learn. Im only going with what the specialist advised me.

Im referring to his depression, see above! My post was of concern not a dig at him.

Anyway.... Hope he bags a couple goals today! We can kick on domestically again.

Mate I think the issue with your posts is that they don't come across as concern.

Bit insensitive and almost trivial. At a time when the rags/social media etc are always desperate to put the guy down or have a dig, one of the places where we'd expect support for him and to focus on the football is a Celtic forum.

I know it hasn't been your intention, as you have explained now, just letting you know how it appeared for some of us Hopefully we see him today bending a free kick home
