His shooting is poor in general but he's capable of hitting an absolute belter too. His goal against hibs last season was a pure and powerful a strike of the ball you'll see.

    Hopefully all is well.

A 34 year old shouldn’t have to play 4 games in 11 days, especially when 2 of those games were at home to Ross Co and St Mirren.

Should have rested tonight with the cup semi and Lazio away in mind.

SB: I’m okay. I came off as a precaution. I managed to train today, we did a cool down, went to the physios and everything is good

SB: "Coming to Hampden for us is always a special occasion. It’s a special place for us and the last few times it's been great performances as well, but we've got also got to dig deep

SB: "Hibs give us a hard game a couple of weeks ago there and made it difficult for us to play out. We went a goal down early doors and they defended well, so we're going to have to make sure we up our game for Saturday.”

SB: "There’s that expectation level as soon as you come to #CelticFC. You come to win trophies and to win every game. Everyone demands that and it's standards that we set ourselves every day in training, whether it's on training or in games."

SB: "I think everyone wants their hands on that trophy. We need to make sure we get past Hibs. It's huge for us. We want to try and win every trophy that we go into and we believe we can win every game.”

SB on Hibernian: "They're very well organised, especially defensively. They try and play good attacking football as well, but it's all about us to be perfectly honest and how we can break them down. We just need to worry about ourselves.”

SB: "We have a lot of strength and depth in the squad so it's about us making sure everyone's fighting for that jersey and making sure you perform week-in-week-out.”

This guy was the best player on the pitch that second half, and I don't even count the goals in that. What a performance.

I love watching him when we're defending. Quite apart from his reading of the game and positional sense, it's his awareness and focus that blow me away. Bad players (defensively) ball watch; good players have an awareness of their blind side; but Broony moves his head constantly like a metronome checking all the time what's going on on his blind side.
