The negotiations can already be done in January. Let's be safe and secure a permanent deal before the next summer.

UEFA rules that Celtic can't post footage for 72 hours so you'll get other angles then:50:

Few murmurs he wasn’t having the best of times personally down the road. I know he sounds croaky all the time but genuinely thought he was fit to burst into tears in the post match interview.

Welcome home big man, the spot is yours. Take it.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they recall him in January after that.

He must've felt a million dollars last night, European nights under the lights at CP, pulling off World class saves, the big man loves it here. :ynwacelti

Fraser Forster insists he’d jump at the chance of becoming Celtic’s permanent No.1 if the Hoops can thrash out a deal with parent club Southampton.

The Englishman is savouring his time back at Parkhead after joining on a season-long loan from St Mary’s.

Forster has instantly recaptured peak form after a tough 18-month spell at Saints when he was relegated to third choice behind Alex McCarthy and Angus Gunn after returning from injury.

Neil Lennon rescued the 31-year-old with a short-term switch and has been repaid for his faith.

At the end of this season, Forster will have two years of a big-money deal remaining at Saints.

Lennon has admitted there are several factors which could come into play but Forster has made it clear there would be no hold-up on his part about returning permanently as he said: “I’d never, ever say no to this club.

“It’s just the relationship I have with everyone here. The fans, people within the club and the coaching staff.

"That was the big thing for me in the summer when I had to get out and back playing.

“I just wanted to go somewhere I felt wanted. I’ve not had that for a long time. I’d some tough times down there.

"Training for the Under 23s and being away from the first-team. To come back is fantastic.

“A lot of it is out of my hands, we’ll just have to wait and see, but I’d never say no to this club.”

At the risk of sounding like a broken record.

I'd jump from 1000ft to land * first onto his giant fist.
