Watchmen is a modern-day reimagining of Alan Moore's groundbreaking graphic novel about masked vigilantes. Starring Academy Award-winner Regina King, Don Johnson, Jeremy Irons, Jean Smart, Tim Blake Nelson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Louis Gossett Jr.

Thought the film was pish but it was years and years ago when I watched it. I need to give it another go.

Definitely interested in this, particularly with Damon Lindelof running it. He's made two of my favourite TV shows.

    Was The Leftovers any good?

I watched Lost for a while but just ended up not going back to it.

The Leftovers is incredible. I'd say it's second only to GoT, personally. Highly recommend it.

Lost was divisive in it's last couple of seasons but the characters and mysteries were quality.

    Unreal first episode.

People are actually moaning about Watchmen being political :giggle1:

Didn't feel like the first episode sold the concept to me very well, but I'm going to watch a few more and see how it evolves.

I didn't hate it. Just thought it was "all right" as an opener.

Finished this last night. Thought it was brilliant tbh. Anything Damon Lindelof does, I’m in.

Really intriguing plot with loads of twists and reveals. The acting is immense, with Regina King again being outstanding.

Episodes 6 and 8 are two of the best episodes of TV I’ve seen since The Leftovers finished. Just different class.

It doesn’t need a season 2...but I wouldn’t be upset if they make one. One of those worlds you want to stay in and see more of.

Honestly would love to see Lindelof do A Clockwork Orange miniseries for HBO in a similar vein to Watchmen.
