Good goal, but poor overall, he isn't a winger and i hope today ends that experiment.

Embarrassing watching him think he was Messi in that second half.

Scored a good header but was pish and trying to do everything himself.

Wasn't too impressed today. I don't understand why he takes set pieces when Hayes is on. In fact, even when Hayes isn't on.

EDIT: Should have said, good goal.

He was poor apart from the goal, don’t understand the greedy * criticism though - he (and Calmac and Ntcham) have all been told to shoot on sight. Lenny has stated it numerous times the past few weeks.

He was rested during the week.

He also played most of the game on the wing so why would rogic be any better?

Frustrating because with Julienne, Bayo and Ajer we do have a genuine threat at corners.

RYAN Christie scored his 11th goal of an already impressive season with a header against Hibernian at Easter Road today (Saturday). But despite getting on the scoresheet, Christie and his team-mates were left frustrated as they were held to a 1-1 draw, dropping their first league points of the season.

And the Celtic attacker was also left wondering why the Hoops were not awarded a penalty, with two strong claims for fouls on Christie and Motitz Bauer waved away by the referee

Speaking after the game, Christie said: “It was a stonewall penalty and it was frustrating because at that stage in the match we were very much on top. But I think because I ended up getting a cross away, that’s probably why the referee didn’t give it – they just seemed to try and play on.

“But, for me, it was a definite penalty and everyone could see that. It reminded me of one that we got against us at Pittodrie last season, when Emilio Izaguirre slid in on Niall McGinn. It was very similar and it was given then.

“You just have to realise that it was a late challenge and I can tell you for sure that if that was outside the box it would definitely be given as a free-kick. So it was frustrating not to get either of them.”

Christie admitted that, while Celtic might not have been at their best, the Hoops still deserved to take all three points from a match they dominated from the point when they conceded a freakish goal after Kristoffer Ajer deflected a cross into his own net. It means that Celtic have not won a league game at Easter Road since January 2014.

“We were a better team than Hibs by far,” Christie said. “They got a slice of luck with the first goal and, to be fair, I don’t think we started well, but after their goal, we dominated and it was just maybe a lack of composure or conviction in the final third.

“That’s down to me and some of the others – and maybe the finishing was just a little bit off today.

“We were aware of that stat (no league win at Easter Road since 2014) going into the game and we were desperate to put it right, so it was frustrating to put it right.

“The manager said to us after the game that he didn’t necessarily think we played badly but we just need to take our chances, and even if it’s 2-1 in the last 10 minutes, we’ll take the three points.

“So we’re frustrated but we’re still unbeaten and it’s not like our heads are down. We’ve got a big game on Thursday that we’re now all looking forward to.”

He's being played out of position, we can't force 4 central players into the team and expect it to work.

We have the top 5 central players in the league so keeping them happy won't be easy but it's a good headache for lenny to have
