You can tell who hogs the mirror in his house for sure....

His vanity radar obviously still extends north of the border! I genuinely think he believes he’d be welcome back one day... no grasp or care about what his flit at a critical time could have done. Brendan FC/plc is his first and true love...

That said.. I personally think Boyd should have kept the gripe to himself. It was a private communication which he has taken public and by a means that earns him money.

He’s a *-stain on an already *-stained media but he will lose any trust in a lot of the football world by airing private matters.

Let’s be honest, Boyd is desperate to be relevant and wind up fans. This article screams some amount of pish. There’s not a chance in * Rodgers cares what Kris Boyd has to say. Boyd wants people to think what he says is important somehow. And if he did text Boyd, it was probably to wind the hun * up about losing the game.

Whatever people think, Rodgers is a Celtic fan. Like it or not. I also know for a fact he still speaks to Neil regularly and phoned him after the game absolutely delighted.

If they were both the same age i wouldn't either. I know its crazy but I still don't think Kane is world class.

He’s a level above Vardy though.

Hardly surprising. Wouldn't do much for team morale if he said he would. Any manager would say similar.

Vardy doesn't suit Rodgers style at all, I think he'd even have a Dembele in before Vardy never mind Kane.

He's a Lampard sacking away from the Chelsea job on current form, doing well this season. Spurs probably also be interested if Poch moves on, then he might need to revisit those comments.

Leicester are good to watch, not surprised he's having a good start to the season. Really think Soyunco will become a top centre half, impressing every time Ive seen him.

Showing what a class manager he is. As OurDayWillCome says, he is a midgies * away from that Chelsea job in my opinion.

I’m happy that we got to see him as Celtic manager; it ain’t healthy to hold on to hatred towards someone who gave us so much.

Leicester fans very wary of Rodgers sticking around : "If Spurs made an offer tomorrow Rodgers would be gone before they could disconnect the call. It’s fine to love your club and all but we really need to be realistic...............!!! ( typical posting )

    Thoroughly agree.....

But he’d better not show his ‘Madame Tussaud’s face at Celtic Park for a long long time ....

    Ever even !

He is in his rapid improvement of season 1, to be followed by plateauing and stagnation in season 2, and then the decline in season 3.

Wouldn’t mind seeing him get another job midway through this season if only to get it right up Leicester.
