I can't find my Patrick Pearse book and it's the only one I feel like reading just now.

Right, just like Room 101 I am going to give the argument from the other side of things. Firstly I do think it is tacky and doesn’t show an etiquette in culture and appreciation of old architecture. BUT. I have been known at times to try this out just to see how close or far off I am from the subject. Can’t recall what I have done it with but do know that I can’t usually accomplish this simple act of stupidity. I’ll probably keep trying as well but not to share on social media or think I’m being clever but definitely for the opposite and for my own guilty pleasure. Every body must have tried this at least once with all the phone cameras and digital cameras because you get instant images. A wee nod towards your picture at the leaning tower of Pisa. That is absolutely stupid but comical scene and I’d be quite happy to sit stoned people watching all day doing this *.:50:

People who still leave their bags on the seat beside them when its clear that the bus / train is full.

Only to then act like you've done the worst thing in the world when you ask to sit there.

Not exactly trivial, but NHS 24 called an ambulance for me when I was already at a hospital, because apparently it wasn't possible to be seen at that hospital.

Waited outside in the cold for 3 hours for it to arrive. Ambulance staff were bemused as to why they couldn't see me there.

If I were seriously ill I'd be dead.

    This *,

Have the common courtesy to take 2 seconds to clean up after yourself, last thing shop staff need during a busy lunch time is that carry on.

Ambulance cover is a nightmare here, read in the local paper that an 98 yr old woman waited 9 hours for an ambulance for suspected broken hip....poor soul was in agony apparently.

First day back at work after a fortnight off and had a trip to Glasgow and a 15 hour session yesterday. Hoping for a quiet day today with no dramas.
