That dummy when he and Eddy didn't read each other, that's the kind of vision that could be amazing when they get an understanding.

Don't play him again and tell everyone he's *, then negotiate a deal with Southampton in January and then get a new pic of Peter looking smug as * once he's signed.

He's the real deal and what we need on the left flank.

He seems to pop up everywhere but doesn't get in anyone's way. Tremendous reading of the final third.

To think he's nowhere near match fit yet. That chance comes a month later he gets on the end of that.

Great signing but double edged sword. We won't pay 15 million or so nor him so no matter how well he does it's almost certain he's going back to Southampton after a season.

Not overly fussed about affording him, I think the main point is if he does well then it's good for our season to have players like that in the squad.

Hayes and Sinclair favoured over him today.

Not sure what the script is but he’s looked quality when he’s played imo.

    Bizarre as *.

Someone thought Hayes played well, for me he lacked total composure every time. That awful shot and had a great chance to cross with so much time and hit the first man.

I love Sincy but *. He tried to be the hero too when he shoulda played it to Callum.

I don’t rate him that much tbh

He’s good technically but weak and slow. Not sure where he fits in

One of his issues at Southampton was how he applied himself in training etc..

Hopefully Lenny can get the best out of him, you'd expect him to relish an occasion like Thursday.

I think I'd be inclined to agree in that he's too slow to be played out left, that's not what we're about or expect from our forward players. I'd be looking to play Elyounoussi in the 10 - this comes with really obvious complications in the form of Christie with Rogic and Ntcham also waiting to get in there.

Not really sure what to do with him myself.

Guy looks shithot on some of the youtube videos.

Im really no a fan of this constant policy of signing players on loan all the time though. It just leaves you with the same problem at the start of next season when the player leaves. We've had some really good loan signings through the door but had no intention of ever paying the asking price to take them permanantly.

    Denayer, Roberts, and Benkovic.

And I suppose to be fair we have splashed out and bought a couple of one's that did in impress. i.e Eduoard and Forster (the first time).

Its just an annoying club policy for the fans when we see a really good player playing for us that we know is never going to sign permantly. Bauer looks brilliant aswell.....but another player that we're never even going to attempt to afford

The option to buy for Bauer is set and it won’t be dear.

The loan market has to be used now in modern football. If PSG, Bayern, Inter, Chelsea etc etc are using it regularly we certainly can’t turn our nose up at it.

The slow thing again, ffs, what is it Hugh Keevins syndrome.

Nah he's too old and slow, aye but watch his feet, poor Lubo wouldn't have lasted 2 mins on here.

The guys already set up a few goals already in the brief glimpses he's had.

This guy is a class operator and believe me he's too good for this league, so I'd be jumping for joy if something happened and he wanted to stay.

For me he is our number 1 option on the left.

He's way too good to be kicking himself on the bench.

Micky Johnston is our number one option on the left.

He’s a good quality player and had proven that before but totally short in match sharpness and confidence, give him time. He’ll be back up to MJ anyway.

If he gets back to full fitness, sharpness and form theres not a chance MJ who rarely lasts 90 minutes will be first choice. Especialy when were brimming with quality coming off the bench and every sub on days like saturday gone.

MJ has started to grow on me, however he is no way anywhere near Elyounoussi.

For me it'd be other way around.

As said I'd love to see that guy being a possible to stay but can't see us financing such a deal so having MJ will have to be suffice although for me a downgrade of quite some distance but still a good option.
