Good player but doesn’t surprise me that he’s still got that in him. Struggles with a physical fast striker

One of his worst performances for us. Looked so slow and kept getting turned.

Still young for a CB, will learn from tonight and from Jullien..

Big man is quality but like every young player he'll make mistakes. Mistakes are highlighted more when you're a defender.

The shirt pulling caused the penalty. Should be slide tackling if he can't outmuscle a player. But, it's all a learning curve, I guess?

Tough game but lets be honest they've been few and far between for him.

On the whole him and Jullien were solid. He will learn from it.

    Great player..

Needs to learn to stand off a bit more. Doesn't have to get touch tight like he sometimes does or dive in..

He does, he’s just not used to that person being both as strong or as quick as him. Which Niang is.

Needs to stop grabbing opponents shirts - it looks like it's become a habitual reaction when he's touch-tight.

Did it 3 times in the game tonight (twice in the Pen area).

Just back from injury into that game, was a clumsy tackle that he didn't need to make absolute stone wall pen but I'll forgive him that cause he's still a boy.

Happy with him and Jullien in front of Forster.

I * love the * but he was shaky at times tonight. Easy to forget his age and the pedigree of the guy he was wrestling with for 90 mins right enough.

He’s improved beyond recognition from the guy that was getting schooled off King Bender against Rosenberg.

Think we're harsh on him as he was our number one centre back at the club before Juillien joined and it seems like he's been around for ages.

Reality is that he is only 21 and that's a baby in centre back terms. He's going to make mistakes.

Aye, he's young and the learning curve for defenders is much greater or at least more noticeable. He's too good to doubt after one mistake.

Don’t know what he was thinking for the penalty, goes to ground far too easy, but what a player. He can go all the way.

The big man has been superb for us, it's not so much the mistakes but how you recover and learn from them.

Hopefully this won't dent his confidence, vast majority of games he's been immense.

Would ye be suprise if we're playing yet another injured player rushed back in.
Hes always been up and down in Europe but that 1st half was shocking.

Shocking is an exaggeration, we did not get beat 4 0 with him getting nutmegged four times.
