Everywhere had a milkman but Glasgow hah ‘the Skol woman.’
Though when everyone was putting up pop posters of Duran Duran, Blondie or Simple minds. In Belfast we had pictures up on the bedroom walls of our own rising stars.

You got the hair do spot on. The trackie is actually an old Argentina one to show support in the Falklands war against the Brits. Actually got £30 for it a couple of months back on eBay.:35:

Or the fukin electric bein switched off. Grew up in beechmount and it was a regular occurence.

On the subject of caddys i remember using a length of wood with a nail tapped in to hold a clothes peg, another nail further up, then an elastic band with the metal clip connected, held and stretched by nailed in close peg which operated as a trigger, hard to explain but * deadly lol
Or the conduit pipe with the thumb of a rubber glove attached and taped, fired out hard peas lol

Aye they claim to have brought it back to the streets. Fs me and my wee girl have been playing it for years. Ya see wee girls tend to prefer to throw a ball rather than kick it :54:
