I'll take 1 nil win away from home in the league all day long .. nothing too concerning injury wise and we move on to Thursday.

Lost a bit of control in the second half after looking really comfortable in the first. The game had no real pattern in the second period, Hamilton made it proper scrappy and to be honest we looked like we were just going through the motions. Too many players taking too many touches I thought, and making poor decisions in general. If we'd kept it simple and kept moving the ball quickly we should have cruised that game, but I don't remember Fon Williams having to make a save in the second half.

McGregor looked tired for Scotland and the same today, should have started Ntcham or brought him on a lot earlier..

Good to see Elyonoussi and Rogic and Ajer back tho.

Mcgregor gave the ball away in midfield every time he got it

That second half was like watching paint dry....without the paint being out the fecking tin. We made heavy work of that, Their keeper only making one save. A poor a half from Cal Mac we have seen in a while, I think his legs had gone and needed a rest. That pitch should be banned, ball kept getting caught underneathChristies and Eddys feet, unnatural bounce taking it away from players or the players expecting the ball to bounce higher. While we are at it , Hammilton need relegated, hammer throwers, bring nothing to the league. Other than that 3 points, 5 games on the bounce, pressure on the Huns

These are always the games I’m worried about, half the team across the world during the week, new signings in, away on a * wee plastic pitch.

    Job done.

Started strong with excellent fluidity in our attacking movement but credit to Hamilton, they stayed organised and sucked it up and then slowly grew in to the match as best as their abilities allowed, while we got a touch complacent.

Early goals can sometimes cause that in a game and you’re always at risk of conceding a Hail Mary type goal late on, however, we rode out a late and very timid storm in the last 5-10 minutes to secure another important win after a wee break.

Time to focus on increasing that fluidity and concentration moving towards Rennes. It’ll be a tough game against a team that beat PSG but there’s added motivation to show what we’re capable of in Europe and especially our French lads who’ll want to hit the headlines.

    Looking forward to next week.

Your right mate, always going to be a come down after Huns game, in saying that after first goal a was expecting a 6 or 7

Only seen the 2nd half and it wasn't pretty no one can guess the bounce of the ball and it slows up as well Hamilton only had one thing in mind playing 5 at the back and that was gone in 4 mins and took them until 65mins before they went to a back 4 as Celtic were slowing it down
