I haven't watched the incident and won't do so as I don't want to get my anger levels triggered, although I'm not on social media I did look on that earlier and in complete fairness the sheer volume of Sevco fans who wanted to go on record as being appalled and embarrassed by this piece of human * speaks volumes to what was said, for a fanbase whos level is usually to use child abuse as a point scoring exercise as well as other vile stuff, it suggests to me that for so many to condemn him publicly would say to me we've hit a new and concerning low

How can you ban someone that hasn't been caught? They've banned him straight away because he WAS caught and by all accounts their own fans gave the club his name... I don't get your logic although the orange kit stuff you are 100% correct on

I haven’t actually watched the video either, would make me too angry. Agree on the rest though, plenty of them have condemned the guy and I didn’t expect that to be honest.

Its true at the end of the day.

Its obviously 'more than a game' to most of us but not in this case, when things like this occur it put things into perspective. Theres a line.

A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged after a video emerged showing Celtic captain Scott Brown being subjected to a sick taunt over the death of his sister.

The Hoops skipper was targeted with the vile remark by a Rangers fan as he left Ibrox following Celtic’s 2-1 derby win on Sunday.

Footage emerged online in which the yob can be heard shouting “how’s your sister” at the midfielder.

And cops have now confirmed officers immediately stepped in at the scene to apprehend the culprit.

he sickening taunt was in reference to the death of Brown’s sister Fiona who passed away at the age of 21 in 2008 after a battle with skin cancer.

The video shows the former Scotland captain making his way towards the team bus before stopping in his tracks after hearing the horrific slur.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland: “A 15-year-old male was charged and referred to the Early and Effective Intervention Co-ordinator.”

Was it not one of the red tops that published his name first? Nice law suit if it was.

Questions must be asked as to how his name got tagged to this.

Someone must've had it in for him, or maybe even the wee guy who got pinched used Bain as a distraction and everyone ran with it.

CHRISTOPHER JULLIEN says the whole Celtic squad are with Scott Brown and giving him all the support he needs.

A 15-year-old boy has been charged after a video emerged showing the Hoops skipper being subjected to a sick taunt over the death of his sister.

The former Scotland international was targeted with the vile remark by a Rangers fan as he left Ibrox following Celtic’s 2-0 win over their derby rivals on Sunday.

And centre-back Jullien says everyone at the club is united behind their skipper..

Speaking at Celtic’s press conference today, he said:”I didn’t see the video, but I’ve heard about it.

“I don’t think it’s good behaviour. It’s not welcome in every stadium.

“We are with Broony. We are giving Broony all the support he needs but I don’t know what else to say.

    “It’s just ugly. I don’t like that.”

Footage emerged online in which the yob can be heard shouting “how’s your sister” at the midfielder.

And cops have now confirmed officers immediately stepped in at the scene to apprehend the culprit.

The sickening taunt was in reference to the death of Brown’s sister Fiona who passed away at the age of 21 in 2008 after a battle with skin cancer.
