    Thinking about it, didn’t Boyd spend like the last year of Rodgers reign claiming he had lost the dressing room and the players hated each other and there was a divide in the camp?

    It was clearly pish at the time though. Pretty sure we pumped a team and Boyd basically got slaughtered for his comments on Sky/Sportsound and he didn’t know what to say.

    So either Rodgers hasn’t texted him or he has but he’s clearly took the * out of Boyd and he’s ran to the papers acting as if it’s because of some hard hitting punditry.

    Not one single quote from him in that article. You know the drill with the MSM by now, mate.

    That annoyed me. It can't be that Lenny outthought Gerrard tactically? No, no, of course not. It must be because he got in their faces and didn't worry about the small details unlike that idiot Brendan.

    Anyone who takes that article seriously doesn't understand football. Far from being a problem, it's Brendan Rodgers' deep analysis of everything he can measure and minute attention to detail that make him such an incredible coach. And it's the fact that Lenny also takes these things seriously that makes Lenny a very good coach in his own right- albeit not quite of Rodgers' level... yet.*

    * I've said it before: he's still young and he constantly pushes himself. I don't see any reason can't reach that level at some point.
