You can't complain about any of the back line. They were outstanding in doing their jobs as individuals and as a unit.

    In conclusion, * up.

    “Panic buys” :giggle1:

The one thing we absolutely don’t do when it comes to incoming players is panic. I mean, a sense of urgency would be absolutely welcomed on occasion if I’m being honest, but it just isn’t our thing.

i can complain and i have done

the backline done fine - but they were only tested a couple of times. It does not hide the fact that Boli left gaps and Sevco failed to punish us. As the season goes on there will be other occasions where we aint so lucky and it will be interesting to see if he is our preferred starting LB

i suspect he wont be if we sign another LB

Elhamad was everywhere, Jullien a mountain, Bitton the cool and calm reader, The Boli one, bombing up and down and also got stuck in.

If your being super pissy you could maybe find flaws in Boli's game but he overall had a blinder and together they nullified the entire the attacking threat Rangers offered.

Whether Gerrard * the 11 or not our defence was still criminally inexperienced and that lot had every right to see it as something they could get at, however, they turned up and done their job and thensome.

Elhamad Jullien Ajer Boli is the way forward and with big lurch commanding the 6 yard box you'll struggle to see anyone challenge that domestically.

The back line we're more than tested a couple of times with the number of crosses they put in 2nd half and they dealt with it superbly.

Boli played well and I thought he kept his position well throughout the game. A couple of poor passes aside, he did fine. First choice left back without a doubt.

The togetherness of the squad is there for all to see. Brilliant.

Same when we were breaking for the second, once Hayes started motoring the whole bench was on the touchline.

    Fantastic.

Big Bayo desperate to get Hayes up on his shoulders :56:

Doesn't look or sound like a divided dressing room to me.

Well done Neil Lennon, his tactics were spot on. Jullien, Biton, Elhamed and Boli were excellent. Brown, Christie and McGregor were brilliant as well. Eddy sensational as always.

Think Broony has found his new pal since KT left. Him and Jullien are developing a bromance :giggle1:

Wasn't on to post yesterday as I went FLAT TO THE * MAT from about 11.30 am. * bounced around what a game to get it right up them cheeky * thinking they had it in the bag then watched the dubs after. Anyways defence was super as was the whole team basically but was really impressed with boli. Everyone and myself included was more so worried about his defensive side and the * bossed it. Took some shocking challenges from them dirty Huns and got up everytime and got * stuck in. Great engine delighted for all the lads and especially the new bhoys. They all seemed * delighted. HAIL HAIL:ynwacelti

I’ve always said one of my favourite things about Lenny’s teams is that they all muck in together, they approach the game like Lenny approached playing football, looking out and covering for those around them, fighting for your mate next to you on the pitch.

He mixes that with some * style but that’s the basis of it and it’s why guys like Craig Gordon will never fit into it.

Agreed. If you aren't prepared to take a bullet for the guy next to you you won't last long in a Neil Lennon team.

Even when they were done celebrating with the support they were walking away hugging each other, patting backs rubbing heads. * brilliant.

Big Jullien talking about family as well.

    Superb.

Who was it who said he’s one of the best motivators in football the other day. That’s not just all speeches, an arm around the shoulder or a bollocking, it’s the small thing’s every single day.

    The bold Hayes.

He gets inside players heads, you could see that yesterday.

There wasn't a player out there who was unprepared for that game.
