Just back from Sweden to be fair in Europe. Whole new back four..

    They were at home..

As for Morelos. He's completely ineffective when he isn't being a total * winding up the opponents/drawing a reaction..

If you just keep calm, don't get ultra tight off the ball, where he can dive and play act....he's *. Then is when he get's bullied..

He knew the spotlight was on him so tried to be fly....probably under orders. Supposedly he stamped on Jullien and elbowed Broony. Haven't seen either yet but compared to last season when he's stamping on Ralston and booting Broony in the baws for all to see....he was completely different and just an average diddy striker without that scumbag cheating edge..

NOTE wee Griff is the last one to leave the corner. i think that is a great sign considering he didn't even play

The fact we won that fairly comfortably with a new defence & keeper is a big confidence booster for the team. We let them have the ball and do * all with it, when we got the ball there was no * about played very direct and got at them with our pace and quality. Still work to be done but a great foundation to build from.

That was without Ajer, Rogic, Elyounoussi etc. Once we have everyone fit our squad depth & quality will be class.

He definitely just needs time, plenty games to be played this season and no need to rush him in with Eddy being to consistent and Bayo looking good.

Think I read Elhamed hadn't trained for 10 day's because of the hairline fracture to the leg. Lol..

Our best defender out and builder of the play from the back in Ajer..

Elyounoussi and Rogic will be massive player's this season..

New left back to come in still. Bauer looked decent and rapid in the limited game time..

If Ntcham stays and starts playing more like his impact yesterday, then great..

Most likely will still bring a 6/8 in today...probably on loan as well..

Reading one of their forums (I know, I know) and they're convinced* that we're a ''shower of *'' and yesterday was all down to Gerrard's tactics

*Trying to convince themselves, because admitting that we're a far better side means admitting to themselves that 9IAR is happening

Gerrard defenitely got his team all wrong. No wingers which meant they were narrow and the decision to play Defoe over Morelos was baffling.

Not baffling at all... just proof of what we already know! Even his own manager knows he hasn't the temperament to survive against us. He hoped he'd be able to bring him on for 30mins, already a goal up and with us tired. He's not reliable and his discipline is an anchor

They were basically playing with 10 men having Defoe on. He offered nothing. I was delighted when I seen Defoe was starting ahead of Morelos.

Aye exactly....fair to say that's them bunging all the Europa League money away before they've got it in a huge throw of the dice after yesterdays swift and brutal return to the reality that they aren't very good at all.

Against us, I think Defoe’s a lot more dangerous. Morelos is a complete toothless liability and an utter shitebag.

He’s just a fitter Kris Boyd.

I'm no really arsed, however I am not sure he is their best striker. He's faster and more aggressive, however nowhere near as clinical or intelligent.

Nah no for me. Defoe offers nothing in my opinion. He isn't going to hold it in and bring others into play, he wasn't going to win the physical battle. He isn't particularly quick so wasn't going to run in behind. He is a poacher, and at his age that's all he is now.
