Tapping into the French Market More

As the title says really, we have been hugely successful in the recent years with recruitment regarding French players, maybe we should set up a scouting system directly from France.

Big Chris was outstanding today plus Eddy is * unreal, Ntcham coming on looked up for it.

Maybe we can tap into it at youth level as well as looking at players in the Big Chris mould who are already established.

And also whenever the time comes that Edouard moves on we should be spending £15m on another superstar youth striker from a top academy. It’s clearly worth it, none of this cheap unknown prospect *.

I think Hammond has probably spent most of his time undoing the * Congerton left behind and trying to rebuild our scouting network almost from scratch it would seem.

If we had a decent scouting system in place, and not just 1 scout for the whole of Europe outside the UK, you would think they would be able to find a leftback better than, or at least with more potential than, Taylor in France.

 

I won't be satisfied until we have 11 black French guys starting for us every week.
