    I’ve no faith in the board whatsoever but this would be a new low even for them, if we finish the window without any further business done

    CELTIC have missed out on Croatian wonderboy Luka Ivanusec — after he opted to stay in his home city.

    Reports from Croatia claimed Celts had offered a deal worth a total of £4.5million for the Lokomotiv Zagreb 20-year-old, who’s already a full international.

    That trumped Greeks Olympiakos but an eleventh-hour move by city rivals Dinamo saw the midfielder agree to the second-biggest transfer ever between two Croatian clubs.

    Dinamo were willing to pay the entire £2.75m fee up front.

    It’s understood the youngster also wanted to work under Dinamo coach Nenad Bjelica and he quickly agreed a five-year deal worth £1.75m.

    A Dinamo source said: “We are delighted to have recruited Luka despite the fact big European clubs like Celtic and Olympiakos wanted him

    Strategy, planning and execution is * diabolical.

    I’m starting to think the board are willing to bring a few players in due to the level of pressure they are coming under

    But we aren’t able to bring anyone in within 2 weeks because we’ve ZERO plans.

    As a supporter who puts thousands into the club each year, I feel cheated
