He rightly won’t be sacked at this time, he has an absolute shocker in terms of well, everything really.. but what else can we do?

We need to back him, for now.

Aye am not discounting we have played well in those games but the level of opposition was what I would expect us to beat we come up against a big rugged team and they beat us!

    I'll give you that.

Lets just see how we get on in the next few crucial games, then we will know where the team is really at and if tuesday night was just a blip.

Couple of signings wouldn't go a miss also.

This.. I think its getting to the stage that people want, hope, pray that Lennon is the right choice when clearly he is way our of his depth.

The team selection, tactics and failure to change and lastly bringing in Bayo to lump balls too was absolutely unforgivable. Ask any Hibs fan and they will tell you the same.. he * about with formations and plays people out of position and worst of all waits till it's too late to change it if it's not working. He is tactically nieve and way out of his depth for that level of football.. yes we put 7 past the fermers and 5 past Motherwell but let's be honest I think most of us in here could put a Celtic team on the pitch to beat that dross.

Lennon was Peter Lawwells appointment so he could keep control of the team and what's spent. Lenny had no other options but to say yes when really he should not even have been offered the job.

Of course I back him for now because I want the club to do well. But that doesn’t change the fact the he wasn’t the best man for the job.

Massive few weeks for him and the club now. If we put in another turgid performance at Ibrox he should be punted.

I could actually see Lenny walking away if there is no more signings and I wouldn’t blame him, yes the other night he got things wrong. But this goes higher up the chain than him.

Can’t blame Lennon too much he was the cheap easy option from a board who didn’t even consider other applications.

They knew they could sell players from under his feet and he wouldn’t kick up fuss like Rodgers.

As always the pressure and criticism will fall on the gaffer, he’ll be gone within a year and the board shall remain in place. We should be strolling to ten in a row not * scrambling, utter disgrace and I feel bad for Lennon tbh although he’s been * too

Agree, what he needs to do is make it public what he wants in terms of signings and put pressure on them to do it.

If he doesn't say anything or says he is happy to go with the squad he has to cover up for the board being incapable or unwilling to bring in the players he wants then the blame is then all on him if it goes * up.

You can already see from posts in here "ahh wait for a few more games" till AIK and the huns beat us?

"Wait till we get some signings " bollix he * that up by losing to Romanian no Marks.. probably put them on the bench anyway.

The first hard fixture and he failed miserably Appointment was a mistake..

Yup he needs to realise it’s him being hung out to dry along with the fans, those in charge have always made sure they are under the parapet when it goes * up. After the game on Tuesday I was apathetic as I seen it coming either against Cluj or even the next round.

Is he on a rolling contract? If we get papped out of the Europa league and beat by the Huns, is there a chance the board panics, sacks him, and brings someone else in?

He'd most likely get replaced by Kennedy for the rest of the season unless he's sacked early on.

Kennedy is clearly being developed to take over at some point. Every new managerial appointment in the last 12 years has seen him take a step up and closer to the main job.

    It's a massive * worry.

Especially when Lawwell is stated as saying he never even looked at the applicants.

He did that. Said he wanted 5.

Then changed that to 3. Then to oh we are waiting to see what happens.

Hes a bit of a puppet tbh.
