    Give Ajer the job and double his salary with a new 5 year deal.

    The boy is going to be a superstar.

    Let Calmac and Jamesy concentrate on their game as I dont think they are natural leaders.

    Edit...by that I mean they are quite introvert on the pitch and we need vocal demonstrative leaders.
