I do know what youre saying but I honestly wouldnt care whos I played as long as I was with celtic. Could be a lot differnet once youre in that position to do it but just my own personal feeling, probably like so many others.

Imagine swapping the atmosphere at Parkhead for the Emirates???

I'd want several million just for that alone

Part in bold is 100% spot on. The rest of your post means * all when I'm talking about loyalty, legend status etc. Yeah the guy has won trophies and done well here so that means he's 'earned' his move to the big leagues? The pure mega Celtic fan that he is. And there's me a Celtic fan preaching loyalty to Celtic. What a diddy I am. Can't believe some of the 'fans' on here saying they would do the same. * sad, sad days.

Have the club been trying to sell him or have Arsenal just been determined to get themselves a bargain?

Due to his injury it feels like he’s been away for a while already so I’m not as * off as I would have been if he was fit and playing.

I hope he does well down there. If he plays to his potential then he gets a bigger move and we get our sell on fee..

We need to go out and sign a first choice LB now. Boli is raw and Hayes will give his all but isn’t of the required standard to be first choice LB.

The 'medical' is only an insurance for the buying team. Tierney's injuries have been publicly well-documented for a while now so it's not like they're in the dark about it. They can still sign a player who fails a medical.

Aye, you've not been looking forward to becoming a football for decades, havent played thousands of hours of games under pressure. Probably have no ambition of going on to win Big Leagues, European trophies or competing against the best maybe even hoping to reach Barcelona one day.

Plus getting a taste of big money from coming from nothing and not knowing if you were even going to become a player.

Guys who actually play football aren't as big a fans as me and you either, we've probably never missed a game be it there or watching in decades give or take the odd game. Likes of Tierney probably barely seen games when they were 10/11/12 as they were playing every weekend. There will be 22 year olds who've been to 300 games more than Tierney has even played.

If he wasn't for sale then he wouldn't be leaving. Especially for as you say a bargain

A lot of people will slag Arsenal for being soulless and turn around and say its all about the money...

Said it a few weeks back but they'd have to use a crowbar to get me away from Lennoxtown at this point in our history.

All the best to Kieran for the future. Welcome back for the 10 in a row party.

Well it did have all 4 European competition finalists this year. On the back of a national squad made up entirely of domestic based players reaching a World Cup Semi Final. May not like it, but Tierney is moving to what is now the best league in the world, even if Sky's constant advertising of that is annoying.

    Suppose time will tell.

I'm sure you seen Andy Robertsons potential when he was at Queens Park and Dundee United.

I see nothing foolish in suggesting Tierney has the potential to achieve similar things.

Arsenal aren't a team that are winning trophy I think Tierney could have went to a better club with a chance of winning trophy but then he might be at Arsenal a short time before he moved depending how he plays
