We have more than 2 weeks to sign a RB, we have until the transfer window closes.

Yes of course ideally the sooner we get one in the better, but sometimes patience is required.

I understand people's frustrations given what we've seen in the past in regards to transfers, but I'm confident we'll have all the signings in that wee need within the next fortnight at most.

    Agree with you.

I think Baldock will be done From sheffield united myself as first choice RB. Boy from be’ Sheva is the 4th CB we needed

If it's Baldock, then fair enough.

The way I'm seeing things is Lennon wants a more robust, defensive RB - which is quite smart considering how attacking the other side of full back is.

Needs to be a balance, plus the huns have shown recently their left flank is a high danger to us, nd with Ojo coming in, Jones and Hastie both speed merchants able to play there it's not a bad idea having a RB who can at least smash one of them.

I get this, but knowing about the domestic violence of Simpson made me reverse on initial acceptance of the signing. Also, livid at the board, because it's been correctly alluded in this thread that they locked the piggy bank shut, forcing Lennon to work with crumbs.

I don’t think the piggy bank is shut.

In this window that will be £12m to date we have spent when Elhamed deal goes through!

Still need a few more in door though

Had a giggle at big Maj technically not being from down south, the Swedish man who’s never played in England :56:

Forgot all about Mouyokolo, I’ll definitely say that one.

Always thought Bullard would have been a cracking signing for what it’s worth though.

He likes a very young team with some older experienced heads thrown in.

I know * all about Simpson other than he's a RB who played for Newcastle, won the league with leicester, and he's black.

I mind we tried to get David James and Sol Campbell in his first season but they never worked out. Cant mind him actually signing any of them.

What the * are you talking about?

You know the internal working of the club now? Go on then, present your proof that the "piggy bank" is shut?

Or could you just be a * talking panic merchant?

Dont answer for 5 minutes. I want to get down the bookies and put the house on this. Sure things like this are a rarity.

from parkhead glasgow but now live in merseyside

He has a fantastic run in since Christmas. He was a massive character in the dressing room and his experience was vital as well to all the younger players l.

He could have stayed as back up for the league and that’s my point if we are looking at * like this wife beater.

I've got no doubt we will sign an out and out RB my concern is getting him in and up to speed in time for the 3rd qualifier. Very risky to leave it this late to get one in with as much at stake.

Only need to look at Jullien, he's been here a few weeks and still not deemed ready to start.
