The noise. I was passed about the stands. Snuck in and sat on the steps in the North stand then was up 2/3 to a seat second half North stand upper and when the second goal went in was unreal..

The Lambert goal is a good shout for this thread as well mate but you're right. Was massive..

Love a pre-season nostalgia thread

 

Wanyama against hearts always comes to mind before his Barca goal.

 

That was amazing, the stadium was * bonkers that day. He sat at the end himself, in the centre circle, full stadium belting out the Wanyama song.

I had a sort of wee moment; realising he was a * 19 year old boy. Imagine that feeling, stadium packed to the rafters, that way when Celtic Park is at its best and it feels absolutely * electric all singing your name. He looked absolutely emotionally done in and I can’t blame him. One of my favourite moments in the Hoops that.

Just an unreal day.

Fraser Forster’s penalty save that day was the day he kicked on from being a young keeper with potential to the monster he eventually became. Absolutely stood up in the moment, then during the week had an incredible double save against Di Natale at Udinese and he never looked back from there.
